Took a ride on Saturday morning, thanks to the fine personage at Budds in Oakville.
What can I say. A well mannered bike. And fast enough. Not as smooth as the Tiger, but better manners. Also supposed to be more fuel efficient than the Tiger, but needs Premium fuel. The Bimmer also comes with all sorts of goodies, such as heated grips and centre-stand.
The BMW was fine for going forward, but a tad tall for pushing back into a spot. A low seat seems to be necessary.
Then there is the BMW cachet. Yes. Am finding that I am not immune to the blue&white logo.
