Back in 1994, in Budapest, Ukraine signed a treaty with the United States of America, Russia, and the United Kingdom.
Ukraine gave up all of it’s nuclear weapons. The three countries promised that Ukraine would not need to worry about it’s security. That included territorial integrity.
We know that Putin has caused Russia to break the terms of that agreement. Question is, what will the USA and UK do?
