Ukraine’s parliament has approved more autonomy for the Eastern Regions that have been the scene of all the fighting. Plus amnesty for many involved. This is to provide some peace for the next 3 years. Will see better how things are when elections are held in November.
Right after, parliament approved closer ties with the EU. As Poroshenko said “Since World War II, not a single nation has paid such a high price for their right to be European”
