Up in the morning to find rain once again. Packed the bike and rode off.
Security at Camp Blanding directed me to the main reception area. There I picked up my wrist-band, etc and rode to the camp site. Was around 3km. But the rain had stopped, and the sun was coming out.
The usual building was undergoing renovations. Meant only 400 attendees and a long walk from the camp site. The long walk demonstrated how nice people are. Everytime I started the walk, someone picked me up in a car 🙂
Looked around the stuff for sale, and bought a long sleeve t-shirt for $5.
Then it was time for supper and beers. Having fallen in with a crew from Memphis they bought me Yuengling and I stuck with that all night.
Buses were laid on. Took us back to the camp ground, where the was a campfire, coffee and chat.
