The day was sunny and dry. Nice day for a ride.
Lots of traffic and tolls. Should have taken the “no-tolls” option as Google stated it was only 10min longer. And the least that I paid was $15.
Entering NYC was a challenge. More traffic and pot-holes. Big pot-holes. Still made it to the airbnb location ahead of time. And hungry. But Brooklyn seems to be full of Deli places, offering sandwiches. One on every corner. Had a nice hot beef sandwich.
Found a spot to park the bike and carried the bags upstairs. Angelo helped. Just as well. Was up 3 flights of stairs.
Then on to meet Justin and park the bike. Nice indoor storage. And they will clean the bike 🙂 Pickup on Monday.
Walked around afterwards to find the subway. Back to Angelo’s and unpacked.
Then on to his local, Bizarre Bushwick. LOTS of fun.
Supper was Popeye’s. A perfect end to the evening.
